Arrive by 6:45 a.m. at the hotel entrance, where you warmly greet members, guests, and visitors, and, if necessary, show them to the meeting room. You wear your name badge prominently so newcommers will know that you are a Toastmaster. You may leave your position when the meeting begins.
Note: It is vital that you arrive by 6:45 a.m.; if you arrive later you will frankly be of little help, which defeats the purpose of this position.
