Guest Greeter

Arrive by 6:35 a.m and strive to be in positon by 6:40a. to give you time to set up the welcome sign, if not already done so, at the hotel entrance where you will warmly greet members, guests, and visitors, and, if necessary, show them to the meeting room. You wear your name badge prominently so newcomers will know that you are a Toastmaster. You may leave your position when the meeting begins.

It is vital that you arrive by 6:35 a.m. If you arrive later you will be of little help, which defeats the purpose of this position.
