You enthusiastically wake the audience up when the regular Sergeant-at-Arms introduces you at 7:00 a.m. sharp. You lead members in a brief exercise, e.g., singing, hugging, jumping jacks, stretching, vocal exercises, or cheering. Use your imagination but keep it short and simple. After the exercise, you lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Note: You have two minutes maximum for the exercise and pledge. If you take longer, you will eat into time reserved for Table Topics.
